Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

They did such a beautiful job with the sweets table for the wedding. Everything looked so pretty and well put together, and the sweets tasted amazing too. The setup really added to the whole look of the event. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a sweets table for their wedding or party.

Novella Sweets is easily one of the best dessert spots I’ve come across. Everything tastes super fresh, and the flavors are really well balanced—not too sweet, just right. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, especially in their pistachio items and basbousa. They’re also very reliable when it comes to orders. Everything is prepared nicely, delivered on time, and looks just as good as it tastes. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Definitely a go-to if you want something unique and high quality, whether it’s for an event or just to treat yourself.
